Melanie Boldt is co-owner of Pine View Farms All Natural Meats, a farm-to-fork butcher shop located just north of Saskatoon.Time honoured traditions of farming and craft butchery, combined with a keen eye towards personal health and environmental sustainability is what sets Pine View Farms meats apart.

Melanie is passionate about growing good food and sharing it around the meal table --- good local food, grown well,  nourishes our minds, bodies and communities. Sharing a meal made with simple, delicious ingredients is one of the best pleasures in life --- and it doesn't have to be complicated!

As a parent and home cook, Melanie has a wealth of experience on how to cook from scratch, with healthy ingredients AND have a life.

Beyond farming, ballroom dance, yoga, family activities and the occasional dinner party or barn dance fill her days.
